The Company and the Union each represents that the purpose and intent of this Agreement is to promote co-operationand harmony;to recognize mutual interests; to provide a channel throughwhich information and problems may be transmitted from one to the other; to formulate rules to govern the relationship between the Union and the Company, to promote efficiency and service and to set forth herein the Agreement covering rates of pay, dispute procedure and conditions of employment which will render justice to all.
