The operating agreement between the city and RT Arena Management expired as of June 30th, 2021. The city attorney has drafted a new management agreement that extends the relationship an additional five (5) years. The agreement in most aspects mirrors the previous arrangement while adding a couple of additional items regarding financial reporting and budgeting requirements. The arena will remain responsible for all normal operating expenses and for meeting the current bonding requirements. The arena management will notify the city of any major capital improvements that may develop and require the assistance of the city.
