TK Elevator Corporation ("TK Elevator Corporation," "TK Elevator," "we," "us," and "our"), agrees with Purchaser (“Purchaser,” “you,” and “your”), to maintain the equipment described below in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement (“the Agreement”) with the goal of maximizing its performance, safety, and life span.
