CONDITIONS: • Owner’s account needs to be current. All current financial obligations must be full settled.• Unit/week must be eligible for rent (not previously deposited with Interval International or rented out privately).• Rental of the unit/week is not guaranteed and is on a first-come, first-serve basis.• Owner should check back with Paradise Beach Villas the status of the rental week.• Once the unit/week is rented out, the owner may not make any other arrangements to use the listed week.• Owner’ week may be withdrawn from rental program if this was not rented yet by Paradise Beach Villas and was notifies in writing of the intention of withdrawal and Resort confirmed acceptance on writing.• If the owner decides to break this agreement and arrive without a confirmation, accommodation of the owner will be based on availability at a nightly rack rate nightly.
