This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Settlement Agreement,” “Settlement,” or “Agreement) is made by and between Plaintiffs William Hill, Klint Miller, and Martin Villanueva (“Plaintiffs,” “Plaintiff Hill,” “Plaintiff Miller,” and “Plaintiff Villanueva”) and Defendants Virtus Nutrition LLC and Nutrius LLC (“Defendants”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiffs and Defendants as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
