Pursuant to 8 VAC 20-390-30, this document serves as the agreement (“Agreement”) between the Loudoun County School Board ("Board") and Dr. Daniel Smith (hereinafter “Dr. Smith” or "Acting Superintendent"), pursuant to which Dr. Smith shall perform additional responsibilities, and serve as the Acting Superintendent of Schools for the Loudoun County Public Schools (“LCPS”).
