Contractor agrees to provide all labor, supervision, and equipment necessary to carry out the work outlined in the attached schedules. This agreement is only for those common areas currently landscaped. There shall be no variance from these specifications unless expressly stated through an addendum.

This Contract will be for a period of 24 months, commencing on January 1, 2021 and ending on December 31, 2022 This Contract may be renewed and extended for continuous succeeding terms of 2 year(s), only after prior approval by all parties, or unless cancelled by either party in accordance with the termination provisions set forth in Section Five, General Conditions.
