THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2017, by and between the City of Cheyenne, Wyoming, a municipal corporation, located at 2101 O’Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001 (“City”), and HDR Engineering, Inc., a corporation with an office located at 7350 Stockman Street, Suite A, Cheyenne WY 82009 (“Consultant”). Both the City and the Consultant may be referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
