This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between with its offices at (“LICENSEE”) and the University of Washington, an institution of higher education and an agency of the State of Washington with its office at UW CoMotion, 4311 11th Avenue NE, Suite 500, Seattle WA 98105‐4608 ("UW"). UW and LICENSEE agree as follows, effective as of the latest date upon which this Agreement is fully executed (“Effective Date”).
