These Terms of Service govern Your access to and use of the Intel® Geospatial Platform. Accepting these Terms of Service constitutes a formal agreement between Intel Services Division LLC and You or You and the entity You represent. This Agreement takes effect when, for the first time, You click an Intel Geospatial Platform Terms of Service “I Accept” button or when You access or use the Service. You represent to us that You are lawfully able to enter into contracts. If You are entering into this Agreement for an entity, such as the company You work for, You represent to us that You have legal authority to bind that entity.
