Enclosed please find the executed contract between the Department of Children and Families’ (DCF) Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P), and Acenda, Inc. The contract term is effective from June 1, 2022 through September 30, 2022. Please be reminded of the Sufficiency of Funds clause in Section 5.12 of DCF’s Standard Language Document, which specifies that the signed contract is “contingent upon the availability of funds.”
