This Funding and Management Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of , 2016 between the Solano Transportation Authority, a joint powers authority organized under Government Code section 6500 et seq. consisting of the County of Solano and the cities of Benicia, Dixon, Fairfield, Rio Vista, Suisun, Vacaville and Vallejo ("STA"), the City of Benicia, a municipal corporation ("Benicia"), and the City of Vallejo, a municipal corporation ("Vallejo"), each individually referred to as a party (“Party”) and collectively as the parties (the “Parties”) while Benicia and Vallejo may be referred collectively as the cities (the “Cities”).
