As discussed at the October 17th Government Services Meeting, Staff is recommending a change in our Health Insurance Third Party Administrator or TPA. As a self-insured insurance provider, we rely on a TPA to process all of our health insurance claims. With the assistance of our Insurance Broker, Lundstrom Insurance, we issued a Request for Proposals for TPA services earlier this year.
