THIS DHSP TENNIS STADIUM ADDENDUM (this “Addendum”) is entered into between Anschutz Southern California Sports Complex, LLC (“Licensor”) and the City of Carson (“Licensee”), and made a part of that certain Event License Agreement dated , 2022 by and between Licensor and Licensee (the “ELA”). Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the ELA.
