entered into by and between the County of San Diego, a political subdivision of the State of California ("COUNTY"), and the City of Chula Vista, a municipal corporation ("CITY"), to establish terms and conditions pursuant to which City will bid and cause to be resurfaced the existing roadway, defined herein below, and the County will reimburse the City for approximately its share of all expenses related thereto per this Agreement. COUNTY and the CITY may be referred to herein individually as "PARTY" and collectively as the "PARTIES."
