Contract Type FiledFebruary 27th, 2015SDG&E shall have the right to require that a study be conducted pursuant to the ISO Tariff and SDG&E’s Transmission Owner Tariff, at CalPeak Enterprise’s expense, to determine if additional facilities, including upgrades to the SDG&E transmission and distribution systems, are required to accommodate the increased Interconnection Capacity. If the Parties fail to agree within 30 calendar days after the initial meeting, that the Interconnection Capacity must be increased, the matter, at either Party’s request, shall be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures set forth in Section 16.10. If either Party determines that additional facilities are required, then the Parties shall execute an interconnection facilities agreement to allow SDG&E to recover the Costs of any such additional facilities.
