WITH CONDITIONS is entered into between the La Mesa Spring-Valley School District (“District”), and Sparrow Academy, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation operating Sparrow Academy Charter School (“Charter School”), under the District’s oversight. The District and Charter School shall be individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
