Pursuant to the provisions of the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act (MMBA), this Side Letter Agreement (Agreement) is entered into on August , 2016, between the City of San Diego (City) and the San Diego Police Officers Association (SDPOA), related to an amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) covering the term July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2020, which was approved by the San Diego City Council (Council) by San Diego Resolution R- 309613 (April 22, 2015). The City and SDPOA are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
