This WBS LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of November 30, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Worthington Industries, Inc., an Ohio corporation (“New Worthington”) and Worthington Steel, Inc., an Ohio corporation (“Worthington Steel”).
