THIS AGREEMENT was originally entered into August 10, 2006 (the “Original Agreement”), between MILLSITE REVITALIZATION PROJECT LLC, a Montana Limited Liability Company having its principal office at 2800 South Reserve Street, Missoula County, Missoula, Montana (“MRP”), and the MISSOULA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (“MRA”) acting on behalf of the CITY OF MISSOULA, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Montana (the “City”), (collectively, the “BORROWERS”), and the MISSOULA AREA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, 1121 East Broadway, Missoula County, Missoula, Montana, (the “LENDER”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
