This User Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Headframe mining pool user ("you" or the "User") and Headframe Technologies – FZCO (the “Company”, or “us” or “we” or “Headframe”) (Headframe and the User are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and solely – as the “Party”) regarding respective rights and obligations relating to the various services (products) (the “Services”, including the “Website” https://headframe.io) provided by Headframe. If you wish to access and use the Services provided by Headframe, you shall carefully read the entirety of this Agreement. By accessing and/or using the Services provided by Headframe, you represent that you have read and agree to the entirety of this Agreement and the relevant rules referred to herein, and this Agreement shall have legal and binding effect on both Parties.
