This Agreement is made and entered on June , 2018 between the City of Ukiah, a California general law municipal corporation, herein called "City," and the Economic Development and Financing Corporation (EDFC), a California not-for-profit corporation formed pursuant to and in compliance with the laws of the State of California, herein called "EDFC." Individually, EDFC and City may be referred to in this Agreement as a “Party,” and collectively as “the Parties.”
