Purpose of Agenda Item: The purpose of this agenda item is to secure a new concessionaire and enter into agreement to provide food and beverage services at Fossil Trace Golf Club. These services include operation of the restaurant, catering for meetings, banquets and golf events, and providing beverage cart service to the golf property.
