This open season is intended to provide interested parties with the opportunity to make firm commitments to Alliance Canada for Expansion Firm Services in support of an Alliance Canada expansion project, and will also provide a methodology for allocating the available volume amongst the interested parties should the sum of requested service volumes exceed the volumes made available as a result of an Alliance Canada expansion project.
