This Maintenance Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is made on this 1st day of September, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as “Effective Date”) by and between Strategic Telecommunications Consulting, Incorporated dba STC Services (hereinafter referred to as "STC"), a Pennsylvania corporation, in Allentown, Pennsylvania and Centennial School District (hereinafter referred to as "Customer"), located in Warminster Pennsylvania, (hereinafter referred to as "Location").
