This waiting list deposit is non-refundable. Buyer may request to be removed from the waiting list knowing a refund will not be provided. Refunds will not be given under any circumstance, this includes, but is not limited to the closing of this breeding business, any dam’s or sire’s retirement or death, fa dam not becoming pregnant, dam missing heat cycle due to any reason, breeder missing the pregnancy window, buyer not finding what he/she was looking for in the litter, and the death of the buyer.
