This Agreement Between Broward County and CareerSource Broward Regarding Summer Work Experiences (“Agreement”) is made and entered by and between Broward County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (“County”), and CareerSource Broward, the administrative entity for the Broward Workforce Development Board, Inc. (“CSBD”) (each a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
