I, as a member or guest of the Eastern Ohio Conservation Club (EOCC), waive for myself and my executors, administrators, assignees or heirs, any and all rights and claims for damage, losses, demands and any other actions whatsoever I may have or which may arise against the EOCC and any and all staff, officers, trustees, members and volunteers of the EOCC, including but not limited to any and all injuries, damages, or illnesses suffered by myself, my guests and family, or related to or be connected with the EOCC. I, on behalf of myself and my executors, administrators, assigns or heirs, hereby expressly release and discharge the EOCC and any and all staff, officers, trustees, members and volunteers of the EOCC from any and all such claims.
