The Company is listed on The NASDAQ Stock Market. We believe the position of Executive Chairman will be rewarding and focused upon, but not limited to, the traditional areas of mentoring our new Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), assisting the CEO in completing his strategic plan and advising on capital allocation and procurement.
