_January_, 2024 by and between the City of Maple Grove, a Minnesota municipal corporation (“Maple Grove”), and the City of New Hope, a Minnesota municipal corporation (“New Hope”). Maple Grove and New Hope are referred to singularly as a “Member” or collectively as “Members” to this Agreement.
