This Laptop Usage Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made by and between County Collaborative Charter School (“CCCS”) and the parent/guardian or Student (if student is over 18) designated at the bottom of this Agreement (“Responsible Party”) who is a parent/guardian of a student (“Student”) enrolled at County Collaborative Charter School.
