This Emergency Facility Use Agreement (Agreement) is entered into as of April 6th, 2020, by and between County of Sonoma (Licensee) and The Board of Trustees of the California State University (CSU) by and on behalf of its campus Sonoma State University (University) for the use of a specific facility or facilities (Facility) described in this Agreement to support an emergency. The Facility outlined in this agreement shall be used for the establishment and creation of a temporary alternative care site (ACS) and non-congregate housing needed to prevent and control the COVID-19 pandemic and to protect and preserve the public health.
