Antioch Youth recognizes that quality discipleship often occurs in a mentoring relationship, and this usually involves car rides, one-on-one meetings, texts, and phone calls between a student and a leader. In order to safely allow this type of discipleship, a parent/guardian must sign this mentoring contract, giving permission for one or more leaders to interact with their child in this way.
