The City of Lyons, Kansas (the "City"), and the Kansas Municipal Gas Agency ("KMGA") are parties to a Gas Acquisition Management Project Participation Agreement (the "Gas Purchase Agreement") dated March 2, 1992. The City and KMGA are entering into this Agreement and Acceptance of the Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline Transportation Service Agreement Under Rate Schedule FTS (the "Transportation Agreement") for a period commencing on November 1, 2021 and terminating at the end of the day on March 31, 2022.
