THIS AGREEMENT, entered into between the City of Sumner, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Sumner" and the City of Puyallup, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Puyallup", pursuant to RCW 39.34, the Interlocal Cooperation Act, for the purpose of authorizing a coordinated public works project, specifically the replacement and relocation of a Puyallup water main in conjunction with Sumner's Bridge Street Bridge Replacement Project (Public Works CIP 13-01, but referred to herein as the “Bridge Project”).
