This First Amendment to the Civic Center Management Agreement (“First Amendment”) is made and entered into as of the January , 2022 (“Effective Date”), by and between the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Georgia (“City”), and OVG Facilities, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Manager”). Collectively, the City and Manager are referenced jointly as the “Parties.”
