The clauses and provisions as set forth in the Master Agreement between ISKL and Pandu Jaya Sdn. Bhd. are mandatory and are incorporated in this Agreement. The rates and busing routes for bus services are as stated in the “Bus Service Rates” enclosed in the Business Operations 2018/19 letter. The pick-up and drop-off of students will be made as near as possible to the student’s residence. Buses serve only general areas and do not stop at the house of each student. Pick-up and drop-off points are assigned due to many factors, including: narrow / dead-end roads, availability of places to turn the bus around and traffic congestion. Large buses will not enter small lanes. If families reside in housing areas not within the busing routes, they are responsible to contact Pandu Jaya to confirm whether there is pick-up / drop-off from their place of residence. Busing is only on a space-available basis and we require one full working week to arrange busing service for your child/children.
