Your download, installation and use of the Auto Club Mobile Application (the “Auto Club Mobile App” or “Auto Club App”) is subject to and expressly conditioned on the terms set forth below, which may be amended or modified from time to time by Automobile Club of Southern California (ACSC) in its sole discretion. Any such amendments or modifications shall become effective and legally binding upon you upon the posting of the same by ACSC. By downloading, installing, accessing and/or using the Auto Club App, you accept, expressly consent, and agree to be legally bound to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not completely agree with all of the terms of this Agreement, you are not permitted to download the Auto Club App or use it in any manner.
