This Agreement is made and entered into this 19th day of April, 2011, between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands ("Agency") and the Redlands Chamber of Commerce ("Chamber"). The Agency and the Chamber are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and, together, as the “Parties.”
