THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Blinn College District, a public community college district recognized under Chapter 130 of the Texas Education Code and a political subdivision of the State of Texas ("Blinn College" or "College") and the City of Bryan, Texas, (“City”) a home rule municipal corporation operating the Bryan Animal Center (“Clinical Site”), related to the Blinn College Allied Health Veterinary Technology (“VTHT”) Program.
