Half-Day:$250 Covers first 5 hours of space rental. Any event lasting less than 5 hours will still be billed this same base fee. This fee also covers basic setup and cleanup. Full-Day:$400 Covers full day (5+ hours) of space rental. This fee also covers basic setup and cleanup.
