THIS AGREEMENT is made this 14th day of July, 2011, by and between the Community of Vermont Elders (COVE), a Non-profit Corporation, with its principal place of business on Comstock Road in Berlin, P.O. Box 1276, Montpelier, VT, 05602, and the City of Montpelier, Vermont, with a principal place of business at the Montpelier City Hall, 39 Main Street, Montpelier, Vermont 05602, hereinafter referred to as the City.
