This Settlement Agreement encompasses two pending lawsuits, KAYLA MILLIGAN, on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated v. CWI, Inc. d/b/a Camping World, Case No. 5:20-cv-01847-MWF-SHK in the United States District Court, Central District of California (hereinafter known as the “Class Action”), and Kayla Milligan, and on behalf of the general public as private attorneys general v. CWI, Inc. d/b/a Camping World; Case No. CIVDS2020159 in San Bernardino Superior Court (hereinafter, the “PAGA Action”). The Class Action and the PAGA Action will hereinafter be referred to collectively as the “Settled Lawsuits.”
