You acknowledge and agree that Licensor is not responsible for the conduct of any Healthcare Companies nor any information, content or advice that may be provided through the use of the Platform or Services. It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of Users to make any decisions based on their own judgment, consistent with their professional obligations and the rules and guidelines associated with their healthcare practice (including those that may be provided by their employers).
