The contract provides all the provisions for the establishment and operation of a commercial Performance Based Logistics (PBL) program applicable to and in support of the Navy's items applicable to the Transmitter Group and Fire Control System of the Aegis Weapon System. A listing of the NIINs is in AttachmentA of this RFP. Commencing with the Option years, FMS CLSSA (see paragraph 11) requirements are included in the demand identified in Attachment A-1.
