This Agreement shall become effective upon 02/01/2016 and shall continue for a 2 year term. The Agreement shall automatically renew at each contract anniversary for an additional like term (see Agreement Renewal). Either party may terminate this Agreement according to the Early Termination Schedule, if any, or if none, then at any time after the end of the first year of the initial term by giving written notice to the other party at least ninety (90) days in advance of the termination (or if the Agreement is for a one (1) year period upon ninety (90) days written notice).
