City Bark (“Facility”) agrees to exercise reasonable care with regard to the above-mentioned pet; however, Owner agrees that Facility is not responsible for disease to pet, injury or death to pet caused by another animal, escape of pet and injury or harm to any persons or to any property by pet. Owner grants permission for pets staying overnight at the facility to be housed in crates or kennels.
