This Website Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth and explains the terms and conditions governing your use of the College Savings Plans of Mississippi (the “Plans”) website for the Mississippi Affordable College Savings Program (“MACS”) and the Mississippi Prepaid Affordable College Tuition Plan (“MPACT”), collectively, the “Program”). The Program has been established and is administered by The Board of Directors of the College Savings Plans of Mississippi (the “Board”) with assistance from the Office of the State Treasurer of Mississippi (the “State”). Intuition College Savings Solutions, LLC (the “Administrator”) provides plan administration and recordkeeping services for the Program pursuant to contracts with the Board, including operating this website (the “Website”). By enrolling in MACS or MPACT and creating an account (“Account”) as an account owner (“Account Owner”) or by accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
