This Amendment No. 1 is dated S_e_p_t_e_m_b_er__3_0, 2021 (“Effective Date”) and is by and between Portland Natural Gas Transmission System (“Transporter”) and New Brunswick Energy Marketing Corporation, as Agent for Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of New Brunswick (“Shipper”). Transporter and Shipper are hereafter sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
