This Academic Program Articulation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between College of Southern Maryland (the “Sending Institution”) and Frostburg State University (the “Receiving Institution”) (collectively, the “Institutions”) to facilitate the transfer of academic credits from Associate of Arts in General Studies: Communication for the completion of Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies (the “Program(s)”).
